Leadership roster compiled from CRS IF12505 (Apr 2026), 20th Central Committee plenum records, and official state media as of April–July 2026. Status flags reflect publicly reported investigations and expulsions. Employee headcount and budget estimates in the source research use MOHRSS civil-service statistics, IISS military data, and MOF central department reports where available.
